When you are having several implants placed at once, hygiene and safety matter a great deal. Patients from Sattadhar sometimes ask us directly how instruments are cleaned and what steps protect them during surgery. We are glad to explain, because a safe environment is part of good implant care.
Full mouth implant surgery involves placing titanium posts into the jawbone. Keeping the surgical area clean reduces the risk of infection and supports healing during the months that follow.
Patients from Sattadhar are welcome to ask how the treatment room is prepared before their surgery. We are open about these routines because they matter. Fresh gloves and masks are used for each patient, and single-use items are discarded after use. Instruments that can be reused go through cleaning and sterilization before they return to the operatory, and nothing is taken from a pack until your appointment begins.
Safety begins well before the day of surgery. Dr. Prattik Kkeswani reviews your medical history, including conditions such as diabetes or bleeding disorders that could affect healing. X-rays or a 3D CBCT scan are taken in our dental X-ray room to check bone and nearby structures. This planning helps position each implant with care, whether you are having All-on-4, All-on-6 or individual implants.
After surgery, careful home care continues the work done at the clinic. We advise soft foods for the first days, gentle rinsing and cleaning around the surgical sites. Mild swelling is common early on. The implants then heal for three to four months before the final fixed teeth are fitted. You can view our facilities or read about the dental X-ray service to see more.
